A Crappy Morning

You know you're going to have a crappy day when your morning starts off pretty crappy. For the past 2 nights, I have been trying to fax an offer for one of my buyers on this one property in Highland but the fax never goes through due to the other line's fax machine hanging up on the transmission. After over 20 attempts to 3 different fax lines, none being successful. One of Keller William's agent gives me the agent's email address but even the email address didn't work because Earthlink sucks and all I got was the automated failure error message. So this morning while I was happily sleeping, one of their agent's decides to give me a wake up call letting me know that the lender has decided to take another offer instead. In the end, I wasted all that time and effort for nothing and you would think that listing agents would be better at returning phone calls. Listing agents, you fail.
