So this tax season, I am venturing out with a new tax firm that is venturing out for the first time using the computer. I handle all of the high tech stuff which isn't even high tech for our times which I really don't mind because I'm down with technology yo. But when I teach my boss how to use the program, he's like oh wow that's amazing! It's like dude, have you been living under a rock? Although I already knew the answer to that question. Old fashion FTL.

Obviously, I always knew that going to a university versus going to a community college would be different but I never fully understood how different it would actually be. I went to a pretty prestigious university so of course I had it pretty good there with the latest what nots and spacious school but this is not what I am going to compare. It is the people. It just seems to me that community students don't really have the crave to learn whereas at the university everyone were killing each other just to be on top but then again it could be because of the price difference too. In class, everyone wanted to be near the front because they were eager for knowledge while in community no one wanted to sit near the front which leaves me looking like a loner that alienated everyone around me. I am not that scary people! Outside the classroom, everyone would give you space and walk around you but in community it's as if you don't exist and dodge you at the last second barely scraping you. It just makes you want to wear a taser like a tassle.

Knock Or Lock?

I find it pretty lame that people are pissed off when you don't knock first before entering into the room. I mean if they wanted some privacy then they should lock the door because that's what the lock is meant for. So if you choose not to lock the door then don't be surprise that people are entering into your room while you are doing whatever it is that you're doing. If you want privacy then lock it and shut up. People need to start using their locks more often otherwise it's just going to go to waste because you would then have purchased your lock set for no reason. Besides, knocking on the door is so old school so get with the times dude. Ding ding ding dong dong dong ding dong.
