Survival of the Fittest

Charles Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest states that only the strong will survive and as for the weak, they must adapt or face death.  It's kind of ironic for purebred animals then especially pets like dogs because they're so mixed in their gene pool of purity that you can call it inbreeding.  You could possibly be breeding your pet with its sibling and never even know it unless you run a thorough DNA test because dogs aren't able to say hey dude I can't do the nasty with that hussy because she's my sister or cousin or even momma.  Due to this desire to keep the bloodline pure, these pets suffer from many diseases so wouldn't this purity be associated more with weakness?  My dear Puffy isn't even a purebred and yet she is born so weak and she is costing me so much money!

Survival of the fittest baby!
