Retarded Drivers

It's so annoying when you're just driving and minding your own business when a really slow driver that's driving 20 mph under the speed limit cuts you off in the fast lane no less and continues driving under the speed limit.  How the hell in the world did these people managed to pass their driving test?  If I was the test giver, I would be like umm you straight out fail for driving too slow so learn to drive bozo and then with a red marker write a big F on their forehead.  Slow drivers should stay in the slow lane because one day a car will ram their ass and poof they're outta here!
