A Trench Coat in 105 Degree Weather

So apparently there was this black dude wearing not just any trench coat but one that went down to his ankles in the freaking heat of southern California and nowadays that is over 100 degrees.  Who would ever do something as retarded as that?  Did he really think he is Neo from the Matrix or something?  Maybe I should of thrown things at him to make sure he is not from the Matrix otherwise it would be oh shiz~

I wouldn't hate babies so much if they were made for this purpose
