What's the Point In Fishing?

I really don't see the point in going fishing especially since you will spend hours sitting around waiting for a bite. If them little suckers were biting at a constant rate then I would understand but when you spend the whole day and only catch at most 5 fishes then you're better off going to the market and buying one because that would of cost you less than waiting around for hours. I hear that guys do it as a way to relax and just chill with your bottle of beer and what not but I don't see why they go fishing when they can do it at home with A/C, cold beer, and a big screen TV. I would option for the urban choice because at least you won't come home smelling like funk or even a skunk. Don't get me wrong, I do like hunting but that's only if there's a constant catch otherwise you're just sitting around in boredom.
