Welcome Neighbor

So our new neighbor just moved in right after our old neighbor packed their belongings and left.  It's kind of sad to see them go and even more disappointing to see that they wasted the $200k in equity that they pulled out which is the cause of their own demise.  They were nice people and more presentable than the neighbor across the street from us.  They are such pack rats!  Their 3 car garage is filled from top to bottom with nothing but junk!  Their ghettoness is making their community look so bad.  Anyways, I haven't actually seen our new neighbors but I heard they were Mexicans and not the Mexican white our old neighbor were.  I just hope they're not ghetto or have 21738932473 people living in there.  Although I'm not surprised that the house sold fairly quick for a short sale because they did build a pretty fancy pool with water slide and waterfall before losing the house.  But the other house down the street more took a long time to sell because it wasn't remodeled or anything just plain standard but I knew the new owners were Vietnamese just by looking at the types of cars on their driveway.  How is that possible?  Easy, Vietnamese people tend to follow the bandwagon and do the same thing as the rest of their people.  So what car did they have?  They had a Toyota Sienna van, Toyota Tundra truck, and a Mercedes Benz.  And yes, they are Vietnamese.
