Sometimes I just ask myself, how dumb can people be? Well apparently they can be VERY dumb. Sure, as a result of the housing crisis, right now is the best time to buy but only if you can afford it but of course there are still a number of those who cannot afford it and want to buy even though everyone knows they will default in a year or two because that was what caused the housing crisis to begin with. Dumb people just never learn. Yes, a piece of the American dream is tempting but at what cost? You can put all your paycheck into maintaining the house but what's next if you have no more income to even feed your own family. You can only live off from credit for so long until you max out all of your cards then you will fall into a perpetual debt cycle unless you can change your spending habits and your life. Of course, most people are too dumb to do that so I say let the dumb suffer so the smart can laugh at their folly.
