Kids Are Perverts

I wonder why is it that kids are so perverted and luckily for them they can get away with their perversion just because they are kids and supposedly do not know any better.  For instance, they can go around grabbing people's boobs, ass, and even cooch and their victims would laugh it off but if an older person would do the same then we would be faced with an angry look and even a slap across the face.  But if you're a pervert when as a kid then would you become an even more pervert when you're grown up?  Is perversion in your genes or just in your pants?
