I Hate Geezers

I am so freaking annoyed at one of my clients right now.  I took on the case because it's awesome that they wanted to purchase a house in two months or less but who knew how annoying it would be.  At first I thought this was going to be easy because he said he was pretty simple and easy but his wife is the picky one but hell no!  He's anything but that!  I drove him around and around and apparently every house that I think is a good buy for the price and overall look, he's like they're okay.  But everyone house that I think is crap and overpriced for the overall look, he thinks they're a great find.  My house of choice are more new, better floor plan, remodeled, new paint, new flooring, new kitchen appliances, new cabinets throughout, new bathroom, new everything!  His choices are old, weridest floor plans ever, odd additions, cheap remodeling efforts, broken stuff, missing appliances, damaged, and higher priced!  At first he was like he's not picky but easy going but dude is hella picky and can't make up his mind!  We would drive by and he would be like oh let's go look at that house so I stop and then he's not no I don't like this let's go and then he's like well since we're here let's go check it out.  Also, being asian they're into Feng Shui so even though I point out to him that his wife won't like this or that because it's bad luck he's like oh she won't mind and insists on looking aways but we all know that no matter how awesome the house is, the Feng Shui says no!  I have only worked with him 2 days so far and they better make a decision quick because I don't think I can stand working with him any longer.  At least the other geezer that I worked with knew what he liked and made offers on every one.
