Stop Pooping Gosh

I just want to make a phone call to animal control and have them come to my neighborhood and impound some of the neighbor's dogs that keep on running around on their own.  There's only one that I dislike in particular because it is a big ugly dog that keeps on leaving a big surprise for us on our front lawn.  There are a few little dogs that come around too but they're small so I can just field goal them.  Muhahaha!  People should really keep their ugly dogs inside and away from public view but not just dogs but their ugly kids as well.
