If I was a teacher, I wonder if I would even know what any of my students are saying about me on ratemyprofessors.com because they could be saying some pretty insane comments. I have read some of the comments on a few of my professors but it appears to me that if they received a bad grade then their comments would obviously be negative as well and vice versa. For instance, a history teacher of mine received mostly negative comments because he grades very harshly and favored pretty girls whereas my Japanese teacher received high praises because she gives lots of extra credit and made it hard to not pass her class. I wonder if students should point this out to their teachers. Hey teach, did you know that your previous students are calling you an egotistical and clueless teacher?
