Math Is Utterly Useless In Life

I think it's silly how universities and colleges make calculus a requirement to be able to graduate because seriously who really needs calculus in the real world anyways? The common person would only need to know basic math in the real world so why do we have to learn more advance math? I don't need to know the limit or the derivative to be able to pick up a donut and eat it so you wouldn't need to apply calculus in your daily life either. I think they should change the requirement and make only careers that would actually use upper division math take calculus and trigonometry because we as the major will never ever use it and don't even give a crap about its use either. Along with physics too! The common mass would never use or care to use physics because it's not like we would stop and calculate our daily tasks in terms of gravity and velocity. I'm not going to go if the book on the top shelf falls at 9.8 seconds at a 10 degree angle and I am 10 feet away then how fast would I have to be to intercept the book? Hmm!
