Forecast Says Possibilty of Rain

OH EM GEE! With global warming and all, fall so far has been pretty much a sunny summer day. So I was pretty stoked when I saw the weather report that there was a chance of a light shower today! I see the dark hovering clouds overhead, check. I see the flash of thunder in the far dark sky above, check. I see, I see, I see! No damn freaking rain! What the hizzy!? God is such a tease.
